Happy Saturday!! Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. Today I wanted to share this great recipe.
3 Zucchinis or Carrots, anything you like
1 cup Cauliflower
1 tbsp Raw miso paste
1/4 cup Cashews, or Sunflower seeds(soaked), Buckwheat groats(soaked), anything you like
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Coconut nectar, or 2 Dates
1/4 cup Nutritional yeast (NOT RAW, optional)
Salt, pepper, paprika and coriander, to taste
Water, as needed
1. Make noodles.
2. Put in a large bowl and set aside.
3. Blend all the ingredients for sauce in a high-speed blender until smooth and thick.
4. Mix in noodles and let for site for 10 minutes to soak up the sauce.
5. Top with raw herbs
